Job Title: Senior Director of Sales 
Location/Market: New York City

A leading US Hispanic digital media solution provider that enables brands to connect with Hispanic audiences. This company provides advertisers a full suite of digital offerings that include data-driving audience targeting, robust digital products, and engaging content and branded solutions. As the Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving Hispanic media sales from key agencies, brands and direct clients across the New York and East Coast region by selling effective digital advertising solutions across desktop, mobile, video and programmatic channels. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, pitching, developing and closing new business opportunities. 
Essential Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting is a must element of this position; it requires identifying and qualifying new clients for our digital services. 

  • Proven track record generating advertising revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.

  • Develop new business and manage the sales cycle from start to finish. Maintain an active schedule of face-to-face appointments and prospecting calls.

  • Aid in set up and execution of sold campaigns in coordination with client services, operations teams, and finance teams. 

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to align needed resources in support of sales importunities (including teams from product, sales marketing, engineering, finance).

  • Execute programmatic buying partnerships by setting up PMP deals.

  • Knowledge of diverse digital products and platforms preferred including CTV, digital audio.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years minimum experience selling digital media and/or integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of demand-side solutions landscape including DSP, DMP, programmatic

  • Experience in selling both Brand and Performance campaigns across Display, Video and Mobile

  • Excellent understanding of agency environment, how they operate, buying cycles, what campaign buying and planning entails

  • Understand the content landscape and integrated media/content solutions highly preferred.

  • Must have contacts at top digital agencies/brand direct and have a strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams, and planning cycles

  • Proven ability to build sales strategies and drive sales pipeline to closures and consistently exceed revenue targets.

  • Strong pipeline management and use of sales Salesforce CRM strongly suggested. 

  • Ability to analyze and articulate data into a sales proposition

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone

  • Bachelors Degree required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Actual hours and schedules may vary.
Supervisory Responsibility
Reports directly to Senior VP Digital National Sales & Business Development
